Terms And Conditions
Reservations are to be made with 30 days in advance in low season and at least 60 days in advance in high season by calling our Reservations Department and Customer Service Department at 1-866-821-1738 Monday- Friday form 10am to 6pm EST.
Our promotions include a mandatory 90 minutes breakfast presentation at the hosting resort for the purpose of soliciting sales for vacation ownership interest with no obligation to purchase anything.
•The total charge includes all taxes and fees.
•JDR reservations are guaranteed for late arrival.
•Our promotions does not include hotel taxes or incidentals such as air and ground transportation, long distance calls and room service, unless specifically noted. Any incidental charges will be assessed directly to you by the hotel upon check-out. Examples:Parking, Phone Calls, Room Service.
•Guests must be at between 25-75 years old (at least one party member). Married or cohabiting partners must provide a valid government issued ID upon check in with matching addresses. Travel with and show upon check in with at least 1 major credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX) (qualifications are depending on individual hotel policy)
•Guest must have an annual combined household income of $50,000 or more. ( No Proof required)
Cancellations and Refunds:
. You may cancel this contract without any penalty or obligation within 30 days from the date of purchase or receipt of the vacation certificate, whichever occurs later. If you decide to cancel, you must notify the seller in writing of your intent to cancel by returning the certificate and sending notice to JD Reservation Services at 9501 Satellite Blvd #101 Orlando FL 32837.
